Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, for example when you request a consultation or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, home address or postal code, and details about your home and the upgrades you’re interested in.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your consultation, prepare quotes and rebate plans, deliver and support the work you ask us to do, prepare rebate applications on your behalf, and respond to your questions.

Rebate applications

When we apply for rebates on your behalf, we share the information each program requires with that program, for example Home Renovation Savings or the Government of Canada. Each program handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Badge verification

Our verification page looks up a badge number or QR code in our staff system and shows only public details about the employee: name, photo, title, badge number, company, status and dates. We don’t collect personal information from the people who use it.

Sharing

We don’t sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as installation partners and software providers, who must keep it confidential, and where the law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
